FAQ

  • Your orders are processed within 1-3 business days and will be packed and shipped within 7-8 business days. Tracking information will be provided to you once your item(s) is shipped.

  • All sales final

  • If your purchase was damaged upon receiving please contact us. We will accept returns only for items that arrived damaged within 14 days of purchase.

    Please note: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. When returning a purchase, we are able to refund the price of the artwork, but not the shipping charges at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

  • We are currently not accepting custom orders at this time. On occasion, individual members will open up their books for custom orders, when they do we will announce it on our blog and/or socials.

  • We are currently not offering design, custom framing or art install services at this time. When we open our books for the new year, you will be able to schedule an appointment through our calendar/scheduling portal
